SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that ALL suppliers and carriers have raised their shipping rates exponentially. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible however we have no control over the global shipping issues that have developed since COVID.
Please allow 2-7 business days of processing time for your order to ship.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated. If you sign up for email or text updates you will receive additional notifications of the delivery. We do not sell or share your email address to anyone!
Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 20 business days. The amount of time it takes to receive your order is dependent upon where the products are fulfilled. Printed items such as sweatshirts for example are printed after you order them.
Most of our products however have a fast shipping time but we want you to be aware that there can sometimes be exceptions like holidays, weather. COVID-19 has had a large impact on shipping costs and times. We do our very best to get your order to you the fastest way possible!
US orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS.

We make every attempt to respond as quickly as possible however sometimes there are issues in the Adirondacks with power outages, internet outages, phone outages etc. Please be patient as it may be one of the above that's causing a delay in response.
